Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Links Infotech, we strive to deliver high-quality IT solutions and services to our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be processed for our services.



1. General Policy

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
This policy applies to all services provided by Links Infotech, including but not limited to website development, software solutions, IT consultancy, Digital Marketing Services, BPO/KPO services, and subscription-based offerings.



2. Cancellation of Services

Before Project Commencement: Clients may cancel services within 3 working days of order confirmation. Any advance paid will be refunded, subject to deduction of administrative charges.
After Project Commencement: Once a project has started and resources have been allocated, cancellations will not be eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds, if applicable, will be at the sole discretion of Links Infotech, based on the stage of work completed.
Ongoing/Subscription Services: Clients must provide at least 30 days’ notice for cancellation of subscription-based or ongoing services (e.g., maintenance, digital marketing, hosting).



3. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services: Payments made for domain registration, hosting, third-party licenses, or digital marketing campaigns are strictly non-refundable.
Milestone-Based Projects: If a project is divided into milestones, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
Advance Payments: Any advance payment received will only be adjusted against future work or refunded if cancellation is made before project commencement (see Section 2).
Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with our services, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will make all reasonable efforts to resolve your concerns. Refunds will be considered only if the service has not met the agreed scope as per the signed agreement or proposal.



4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days from the date of confirmation.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed.
Any applicable transaction or processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.



5. Exceptions

No refunds will be provided for delays caused by client-side dependencies, such as delayed content, feedback, or approvals.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, etc.) that delay project delivery will not be grounds for refunds.



6. Changes to This Policy

Links Infotech reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
